We understand that online shopping can be difficult, we are here to make things as easy as possible! Our returns process is simple, follow the prompts via our online returns portal and we will handle the rest!

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please see our returns guidelines below.


FULL PRICED ITEMS

• Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

• Full priced items purchased at a 1–19% discount are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

• Full priced items purchased at 20% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Full priced items purchased using a VIP code remain eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

• First time purchasers are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, unless the product purchased is a Final Sale item.


SALE ITEMS

• Sale items (marked down) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Sale items purchased with an additional discount code are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, unless faulty.


Please note returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached. If your garment does not meet these conditions, you will not be eligible for a return. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are unable to accept returns on garments that are sent back with visible pet hair. To ensure your item is eligible for return, please try on garments away from pets and return them in clean, unworn condition with all tags attached. Thank you for helping us keep returns fair and hygienic for all customers.

We retain the option to modify your return method should your return not adhere to our returns policy in terms of its condition.


LIMITED STOCK POLICY

Some Adrift styles are produced in small batches across our full size range (XS–4XL). When only limited units or sizes remain, items will be marked as Limited Stock on the product page.

Limited Stock items are eligible for store credit only. Refunds and exchanges are not available.

Why we do this

As a small-batch brand, producing across eight sizes comes with higher costs. When Limited Stock items are returned, they often re-enter inventory weeks later, creating delays and sell-out cycles. This policy helps us manage stock fairly for all customers.


PAYPAL 2026

Full priced products purchased with the code PAYPAL20 can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. They cannot be returned for a full refund unless faulty. Sale items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for a return unless faulty. Subject to our Returns Policy. Use code PAYPAL20 at checkout to receive 20% off full priced clothing at checkout. Sale ends 11:59PM 8 March. Valid online only. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.



ITEMS BOUGHT AT OUR NEWMARKET STORE

Full-priced items purchased at our Newmarket store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased on final sale are strictly non-returnable.


FAULTY ITEMS

All Adrift garments undergo strict quality control. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at queries@adrift.net.au with your order number and clear images of the issue. Our team will assess the item and arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.


OUTLET / POP UP / WAREHOUSE SALES

Outlet and Warehouse Sale items include heavily reduced stock, seconds or samples and fall outside of our standard returns policy.

These items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. This includes Gabba Warehouse stock.


RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE

Online purchases can be returned in-store once your return has been lodged via our online returns portal.

Please visit this link to initiate your return before dropping items off at one of our boutiques. This helps ensure a smooth and timely process.

Items exchanged cannot later be refunded and are eligible for store credit only.


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used as store credit on our website. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.


ADRIFT RETURN OPTIONS REFUND | $10 RETURN LABEL

Available on full priced items only. Refunds must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.


SIZE EXCHANGES | FREE RETURN LABEL

Available on full priced items, discounted full priced items and sale items. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and are subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee your exchange until your return is in transit.


SHOP NOW EXCHANGES

Instant exchanges are available on full priced items for equal or higher value. Once your original item is received, your new order will be dispatched.


IN-STORE RETURNS

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store for the same or higher value. Please lodge your return online before dropping items off.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International full priced items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are not available.

Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Adrift. We recommend using tracked return shipping.
