3. Try at Home Once your order arrives, you have 3 days to try everything on, in your own time, in your own space.
4. Complete Your Order We'll send you access to your Customer Portal to finalise. You're only charged for the pieces you keep.

If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label to download.

- Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing your order.
- If you return all items from an order, a $10 restocking fee applies.

A $10 charge that applies only if you return every item from your order. It covers shipping, handling, and processing, and lets us keep offering the flexibility to try at home before you commit. If you keep even one piece, no fee applies.
