HOW TO MEASURE

When measuring yourself, if possible, do so in front of a mirror to ensure the most accurate measurements. Use these measurements as a guide and add extra allowance based on your preferred fit.

BUST - Measure around your chest, at the fullest part of your bra. Ensure the tape measure is even and horizontal across your shoulder blades.

WAIST - Measure around the smallest part of your waist, this is usually a centimetre or so above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around, ensuring it's comfortable but not loose.

HIP - Measure around the fullest part of your bottom or top of thighs, whichever is the widest. Make sure the tape measure is close to your body, but don’t pull too tight.

PANT LENGTH - Our pant length measurement is taken from the top of the outer side seam down to the hem, including the waistband.

Cut on the bias so the Zephyr stripe runs on a beautiful diagonal, the Tory Dress is a new silhouette with an optional tie neck and soft blouson sleeves that gather at the wrist. It's crafted from cotton poplin, giving it just enough weight to move gently with you while staying light and easy to wear all day.

Notes from Our Designers

The bias cut was the whole idea behind Tory. Cutting the stripe on an angle rather than straight down the body gives the dress a completely different energy, and it took real precision in construction to make sure the chevron effect lined up across every panel.

We chose cotton poplin because it holds the bias beautifully without losing shape, and it feels soft rather than stiff against the skin. It's a dress we think will move well from a casual day into dinner without any real effort at all.
