Celebrity Style Inspo

I’m not sure if many of us can say they that they haven’t bought a trashy gossip magazine or two in their time. Clearly I’m aging myself here. The internet now provides more than enough of that to satisfy even the most voracious appetite for scandal.

 

What I do remember fondly, was looking at what the celebrities were wearing, and not just on the red carpet. I found it interesting to see what they were wearing when they are out doing, well, just regular people stuff : the groceries, picking up kids from school, having lunch with friends. The stuff we all do.

 

It’s also interesting to see how some celebs have their own distinct styles. Just for fun, lets pick a few, and see what inspiration they can share with us regular folk.....

 

Her fashion style seems to be a fun blend of masculine and feminine pieces. Her signature look is probably a tailored suit, wide belts and oversized hats.

 

Talk about adventurous styling, clearly taking a page out of her SATC character - Carrie Bradshaw’s book. She is known for her bold experimentation with textures, colours and prints. She loves a floaty dress and is fearless in her fashion choices.

 

She always looks elegant and sophisticated, with the occasional surprising more avant-garde look. Always timelessly stylish.

 

Oprah Winfrey is known for her love of bold colour and structures silhouettes. She also loves to play with statement accessories.

 

Our favourite Princess oozes timeless elegance and sophistication. She seems to effortlessly combine modern trends with a nod to more traditional regal style. She loves a tailored dress in jewel colours and delicate accessories.

 

Every true swiftie knows about Taylor's love of a floral floaty dress, some sequins and fringing. Romantic vintage with a red lippy.

 

This incredible actress opts for chic silhouettes, monochrome outfits and tasteful accessories. She always seems to appear ageless and graceful.
