The shape of this dress is good for my curvy pear shaped body. The lower neckline is a fresh change and cute with the puffed sleeves. The Kabuki print is really pretty - quite a departure colour-wise for me but I love it.
It's long on my 165cm frame and quite generously cut - I like how it falls at the back - doesn't emphasize my large butt but is roomy. I ordered my usual size and probably could have gone 1 size smaller.
I would love this neckline and drape in a tunic style top.

I love Alison midi dress. Bought one before in different print and was convinced it’s the most elegant style for an hourglass body type. It cinched my waist in the best way and doesn’t cause any discomfort. Double fabric on the chest with elasticated crossover neckline is perfect and comfortable at the bodice . The print and colours are vibrant make me feel bright and happy. I look forward to buy Alison midi dress in different colours and prints.

I like the way it is designed and executed. The neckline , sleeves and the elasticated empire line waist suits me perfectly. The neckline is wide and bit deep but suits perfectly without me worrying to pull it up. Actually this is the first time I wore a dress with this kind of neckline and liked it. It is roomy yet fitted in right places. The angular cut and stitching of sleeves is helpful and comfortable, no need to worry about how the stitch line will sit on the shoulders.
